Bought a Single Family home in 2021 in Aptos, CA.
I met Jamie at my first open house. Thankfully, she became our real estate agent and helped my husband and I find the perfect house for our little family. Not only is she knowledgeable about the homes in Santa Cruz County, she was thorough in going through the disclosures of the houses we considered and clarified any questions we had. She was up front and honest if she didn’t think the house was a good purchase and I trust her judgement. She was patient with us, worked with us over several weeks looking at houses that fit our criteria. When we finally found our home, she took her time to go through the purchasing process with us and connected us with our fantastic loan officer.
